Chef Fred Griesbach, CEC, AAC, is the founding member of the Middle Wisconsin Chefs Association (MWCA) of the American Culinary Federation. It has always been Fred?ÇÖs wish to give back to the culinary industry through fundraising, competitions, teaching and enthusiasm. This is the MWCA?ÇÖs way of honoring Fred?ÇÖs passion and commitment to the culinary arts industry.
