Allen C. Hipler Memorial Scholarship

The Allen C. Hipler Memorial Scholarship is presented to a student registered in the Criminal Justice Program. It was established in memory of Allen C. Hipler, a 1992 graduate of NTC?ÇÖs Criminal Justice program. Sadly, during Allen?ÇÖs final year of school he found out he had Hodgkin?ÇÖs disease. After taking a year off to battle the disease, he returned and finished his degree. Unfortunately, due to his illness, Allen was never able to become a law enforcement officer. This scholarship is to honor his love and dedication to the Criminal Justice Program.

• Minimum of 12 credits
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Criminal Justice program
• Resident of a community of 10,000 or less population in Lincoln, Mararthon, or Oneida County
