Norma J. Ball & Barbara A. Ableman Memorial Scholarship

The Norma J. Ball and Barbara A. Ableman Memorial Scholarship was established by NTC staff member Laura Litzer, to honor the memory of her mother and grandmother. Both women were teachers and believed deeply in education, especially higher education for women.
